Mysafety strives for a sustainable and long-term profitable business. Our vision is to create security for all people. Our products and services create added value for our customers. It is our responsibility to ensure that this security applies not only to our customers, but also to our employees, the climate, and the society in which we operate. Our responsibility means that our products must be manufactured, distributed, and used in an environmentally and socially sustainable manner.

Sustainability in practice – how we live up to our responsibility

We recognize that we are at the beginning of a journey toward sustainability, and that this development in reality never ends. Humanity is facing major challenges. But because we want to be open about what we are doing, here are some of the initiatives we have taken so far.

In order to live up to our promise of a sustainable and profitable business, we have established a CR policy and a code of conduct that encompass all our suppliers, their subcontractors, and business contacts. They commit to complying with our code of conduct. We report and work on reducing our climate footprint, among other things by offsetting our reported emissions. We engage in projects that increase security in society and young people's opportunities to enter the labor market.

Social responsibility

As an employer, we play an important role in society. For many young people, we are their first employer, and we want to give them a good start to their working lives. We also want to provide them with vocational training and experience that can open the door to a future career. We have no actual requirements for previous work experience, so for someone with the right drive and focus, we offer a chance to take the first step into the working world. Experience in telesales will benefit them for the rest of their career and show that they are results-oriented, persistent, and resilient.

As a company, we work to create a safer everyday life for everyone, including those who work with us. We strive to be a responsible employer with short decision-making paths, and everyday life at Mysafety is characterized by a sense of community and pride in our services and products. Our customers represent a diversity, and every customer encounter is marked by respect for the individual's situation. We strive for diversity in our workplace and for a work environment where we treat each other with understanding and respect for everyone's differences, learn from each other, and have fun together.

Code of conduct

This code of conduct is part of the effort to increase social and environmental responsibility throughout the company and supply chain. It applies to all suppliers and their subcontractors, as well as all other business partners in the Mysafety Group. Mysafety will give preference to suppliers that are progressive in terms of social and environmental responsibility.
