If an accident occurs that is covered by your Mysafety insurance, you must report the claim to us as soon as possible. Report a claim directly on our website mysafety.dk/report-damage/.

To file a claim, you must fill out your insurance claim form.

You can at any time add attachments and more information to your claim. You can send an email to skader@mysafety.dk or send it by mail to: Mysafety AB, Box 45110, 104 30 Stockholm, Sweden

When you submit a claim, you will receive a confirmation by email. After that, it takes up to 3 business days for us to process your review.

It can take up to 3 business days to process your case. During the summer, we have slightly longer processing times than usual.

At Mysafety, we want you as a customer to be completely satisfied with both our service and our products.

You can contact us with a complaint if you are not satisfied with the decision. If you have new information or documents that affect the decision, you can send them along with your complaint. Have your customer or CPR number ready so you can get faster service.
